Today, we are talking about the highs and lows of body-confidence and what it's like to be a woman in a society that constantly tells you that you ain't enough.

At almost 41 years old 3 kids and I am barely the size of a middle schooler . I am only 5’4 3/4 and 108lbs . So all my life I have had body issue problems. Having to hear you so skinny you could hula hoop with a cheerio . Called a black Olive Oyl and more . I grew up not having the self confidence that much larger people seemed to have . Because when I attempted to wear certain types of clothes I was made fun of . People had no shame mentioning my chicken legs . Or actually placing their hands around my ankles or wrist . To show how tiny I am . A lot of people think that mess is cute . When I don’t find it cute what so ever . Many people think it’s easy to find clothes. Guess again . It’s really hard . Most times I have to wear kids clothes. And let’s be real what 41 year old wants to wear clothes that was actually made for a 14 year old ? As I get older it doesn’t bother me as much . Because I won’t ever get much bigger. So I just have to deal with it , I am who I am .
